What is a Head Spa?
A restorative scalp and hair ritual combining cleansing, scalp care, massage and relaxation.
Which Head Spa ritual should I choose?
First-time guests can start with The Rested Ritual, our signature 60-minute experience. Guests looking for a shorter maintenance service may choose The Essential Reset, while The Art of Rest offers extended relaxation.
How often should I book a Head Spa?
Frequency depends on scalp condition, hair routine and personal wellness goals. Our team can recommend a rhythm after your first visit.
Can I book with a friend?
Duo or side-by-side appointments may be available depending on schedule and room availability.
Can I combine Head Spa with Massage or Lash services?
Yes, selected services may be booked together depending on appointment availability.
Lash Care
How often should I return for a Lash Fill?
Most extension clients return within 2–3 weeks, depending on retention.
How does Lash Fill pricing work?
Lash Fill pricing is based on the time since the previous appointment. After more than three weeks, the lash artist may recommend a new Full Set depending on retention.
Do you accept foreign lash fills?
Lashes applied by another artist must be evaluated before a fill can be confirmed. Removal and a new Full Set may be recommended depending on condition and retention.
Appointments & Policies
Appointment & Cancellation
Appointments are recommended. Guests who need to cancel or reschedule are kindly asked to provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Late Arrival
Late arrivals may shorten treatment time in order to respect the next guest's appointment.
Service Adjustments
Service availability and timing may vary based on consultation and individual needs.
